Gjestestuene offer a relaxed meeting place in a green and pleasant setting at Norsk Folkemuseum. We arrange seminars, business meetings, lunches and dinners for a wide variety of customers. Our unique venue is particularly well suited to foreign visitors who wish to experience old customs and culture during their stay in Norway. Various concepts at Gjestestuene
Gjestestuene have meeting and conference packages that combine the use of our meeting rooms, lounge and banqueting hall. We organize board meetings for select groups down to 15 people, seminars for both private and public organisations, often with around 80 - 120 participants, and lunches and dinners for tourist groups. It is possible to hire the whole building to ensure exclusivity and privacy. Likewise, it is possible to hire just a single room.
In winter we light the large open fireplaces. In summer, our landscaped courtyard provides a welcoming backdrop for both coffee breaks and champagne receptions. Contact us for further details, prices and availability.
