There is an extensive and varied number of exhibitions produced at the Norsk Folkemuseum every year. These comprise both new permanent exhibitions, and larger or smaller thematic or current exhibitions. Although many of the museum staff are involved in the production of exhibitions, such as the curators, conservators and photographer, the main responsibility for production and design belongs to the Exhibition Group
